Terms and Conditions:
1. Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital items are non-refundable.
2. If you want a specific product in our shop in another size, please reach out to us before paying. Resizing the design might incur an additional fee.
3. The files included are PNG (transparent), JPEG, Photoshop Document (PSD) and text file that contains links to the fonts. Editing the template using the PSD is possible, but you need knowledge in Photoshop.
4. If you want us to put custom texts for you, please put the texts on the order note. Due to our different time zone, the lead time is 24 hours. This additional service is FREE.
